Scope of application:
The difference between cold-rolled aluminum sheet and hot-rolled aluminum sheet mainly lies in the different production processes: cold rolling is processed by casting machine into casting coil, which is processed by cold rolling machine; Hot rolling is made by heating aluminum ingots, melting and casting them into flat ingots at high temperature, and rolling them by hot rolling mill after milling and homogenization annealing. Secondly, the supply of raw materials is different: the difference between the two is that the supply of billets is different. Hot rolled billets are cast aluminum ingots - heated - rolled into coils for rolling, and cold rolled billets are cast rolled coils - cold rolled. Moreover, due to different production processes, the properties of cold-rolled aluminum sheet and hot-rolled aluminum sheet are different: Hot-rolled aluminum sheet has good surface quality, strong mechanical properties and ductility, and good oxidation effect.
