The appropriate increase of tool rake angle will reduce the plastic deformation ability, cutting heat and cutting force of the tool, and the trend of work hardening will also be reduced. Accordingly, the tool durability will be significantly improved. Generally speaking, the tool rake angle is maintained at 12 ° -20 °, and the specific angle is adjusted according to actual needs.
